Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Liaison to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between client company contacts and internal management and processing teams.
- Provide ongoing administrative services and support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Communicate proactively with management regarding client developments and concerns.
- Manage ongoing service requests, activities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support the resolution of billing and enrollment discrepancies, and provide product training and support to internal contacts as defined by client agreements.
- Coordinate and process applications, and review information on new employer groups or re-enrollments to recommend underwriting action.
- Identify new case activity and potential new business opportunities on a scheduled basis.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent diploma required.
- Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative service support, with strong data entry and writing skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow complex procedures accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word).
