Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team at Partner Veterinary. As the first point of contact for clients and team members, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to patients and their families
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication
  • Update records and databases to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Perform end-of-day financial tasks and reconcile charges
  • Collaborate with the team to promote a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in emergency or urgent care veterinary client service
  • Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
