Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at Royal Oaks Country Club Houston Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with club recipes and standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all required items in a timely and efficient manner
- Set up service units with needed items and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Serve items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Notify the Sous Chef of expected shortages and requisition items needed to produce menu items
- Adhere to state and local health and safety regulations and maintain the highest sanitary standards
- Cover, date, and neatly store all leftover products that are re-usable
- Perform all work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or General Manager
Requirements:
- Must possess an outgoing personality and honesty and integrity
- Must be courteous and tactful and treat others with kindness and respect
- Must effectively communicate with employees and Managers and appear for work on time
- Must understand and follow posted rules and procedures and follow directions from a supervisor(s)
- Must have valid Food Handler's certification to prepare or serve food (per Texas law)
Working Conditions:
Occasional exposure to hot and cold temperatures
