Job Description: As a Dishware Specialist at Fleming's, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring we always have clean dishes and smallware available. You will need to adhere to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dish machine to ensure washed items meet rinse and wash temperature criteria
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
  • Dispose of trash and remove linen bags
  • Work effectively with a team to achieve goals
