Job Overview

Fieldstone at Chester Springs is seeking a compassionate and organized Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
  • Take meal and drink orders, serve meals in a timely and friendly manner, and ensure resident satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items and specials, and explain them to residents and guests
  • Assist with orientation and training of new food servers
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Set up and clean the Dining Room, maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene
  • Perform and complete opening and closing checklist criteria
  • Assist in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization, and supplies placement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in fine dining preferred
