Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company, greeting and interacting with customers on a daily basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Greet customers by name, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with finding parking locations, handling payments, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Parking industry experience is a plus, but not required.
