Salary & Benefits
Our competitive salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer a generous paid time off policy and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description
- Greet Guests: Welcome every guest with a warm smile and create a lasting impression by engaging in friendly conversation and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Seat Guests: Introduce guests to their server and manage the restaurant wait list to accurately set guest expectations.
- Thank Guests: Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return, demonstrating our commitment to building long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Prior Experience: Have prior experience in a similar role or related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
