We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at JobTarget - Demo. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and a passion for delighting customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer communications, including answering calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
  • Consult with customers on how to successfully leverage our products or services based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure accurate and strategic information is provided to customers.
  • Track customer interactions in our CRM system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting client success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the value we place on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
