Job Description

We are Limitless Connecticut, a company based in Connecticut. We're seeking a full-time Customer Support and Sales Ambassador to help our clients achieve sales growth by utilizing our professional knowledge and experience in Business Partnerships.

This role is responsible for controlling our market territory, managing escalations and promotions, specifying prices, and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Growing our clients' accounts monthly with continuous improvement and increases.
  • Providing customer service, setting prices, promoting listings, and identifying products.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, fellow employees, and management.
  • Maintaining and building positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Utilizing our existing sales systems and driving sales overall.
  • Planning and implementing corporate and departmental initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous customer service/cashier experience in a retail environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A self-starter with a sense of ownership who is adaptable, resilient, and can work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
