Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is a dynamic and fast-paced company that is committed to protecting lives and achieving dreams. We are seeking a talented Sales Consultant - Fire and Security to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. This includes identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Pye-Barker Fire & Safety's products and services, effectively communicating their value and benefits to customers.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least five years of related experience required.
- Experience: Must have experience in Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access control, and/or Extinguisher and Hoods.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent sales and negotiation skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
