We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.

Sales Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating retail sales by using your knowledge of cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.

Compensation

Compensation varies by geography and performance, with a base pay range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, plus commission. We also offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus (subject to terms and conditions).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers, or customer service experience are all preferred qualifications.
