Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage valet operations and staff.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to attendance and timekeeping protocols.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share important updates.

  • Supervise proper handling of tips and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve standing for extended periods.
  • Physical demands include running to and from vehicles and handling luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must pass background checks and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Must be able to use personal mobile devices for work-related communication.
