Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valet Driver to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients.
  • Inspect vehicles before parking and report any damage or issues to management.
  • Explain valet rates to customers and provide clear instructions on vehicle retrieval.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices while operating a vehicle.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on local traffic patterns and road conditions to ensure seamless transportation experiences for customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform requirements and punctuality.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
