Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reconstruction and renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reconstruction and renovation projects, including coordinating with homeowners, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, financial reports, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
