Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    Demonstrate proficiency in managing projects, including preparing proposals, defining scopes of work, and establishing budgets for new initiatives. Oversee geotechnical investigations for significant development projects while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  2. Staff Supervision:
    Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on engineering analyses and training in essential procedures and techniques. Oversee laboratory testing operations.
  3. Investigation Coordination:
