Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement the technical specifications for significant development projects, as well as manage multiple smaller projects with intricate features.
  • Contribute to project proposals by estimating costs and establishing budgets for technical requirements.
  • Create project work plans, set timelines, establish budgets, and oversee project execution while monitoring progress through regular reviews.
  • Independently address technical challenges within the defined project scope, and propose scope adjustments when unforeseen issues arise.
  • Engage in project completion reviews to evaluate both successful and challenging aspects of the project.
  • Oversee and assess the work of engineering staff and CAD drafters.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation CAD software, along with LDT and/or Inroads design programs.
