About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a financial services or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
