">Job Description:
">- Provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and record medical information to inform care decisions.
Requirements:
">- Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Compassionate approach to patient care, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
