Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare of NEPA. As a Personal Care Aide, you will work one-on-one with physically and mentally disabled children, ages 4 through 21, in a school setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care and support to clients in a classroom setting
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathroom duties and meal preparation
  • Redirect clients when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Report observations and concerns to the Interim supervisor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months experience in a related field, such as behavioral health or pediatrics
  • CPR and First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Screenings
