Residential Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Program Director to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, clinical, and quality outcomes of our residential programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Residential Assistant Directors, Regional Administrators, and Clinical Managers to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
- Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a culture focused on recovery.
- Provide consultation and guidance to Residential Program Leadership, developing and empowering them to enhance their responsibilities and performance.
- Initiate and set program goals that align with ColumbiaCare's strategic objectives, monitoring and communicating outcomes, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for growth.
- Provide clinical supervision for Clinical Managers.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 4 years in a management role, demonstrating strong abilities in program planning, budgeting, fiscal management, and personnel supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance across all areas of responsibility.
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration, requiring a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Management experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $10,000 - $11,666.66 per month, depending on experience and credentials.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates, with a preference for Spanish/English.
