- Assist staff in addressing challenges faced by residents in daily activities while promoting their physical well-being.
- Facilitate regular supervision meetings to support staff development and monitor compliance with attendance standards.
- Collaborate with the program supervisor to ensure effective communication of goals and objectives throughout the team.

- Facilitate money management training and track in-house finances accurately.
- Encourage participant involvement in household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide transportation for participants to essential appointments and activities.
- Utilize online reporting systems and electronic health records as necessary.
- Lead psycho-educational groups and house meetings.
Health and Wellbeing Support
- Utilize a strengths-based approach to assist participants in identifying their goals and collaborating with the support team.
- Recognize and manage triggers to prevent crisis situations.
- Respond to crises and medical events according to established safety plans.
- Adjust support levels based on individual participant needs.
- Report any incidents of participant abuse or neglect to appropriate authorities.
- Administer medications in compliance with established standards.
Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours.

- Certification in medication administration (MAP), CPR, and first aid is required.
Education and Experience:
