Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Support the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling, club cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Prepare golf carts for play according to Troon Golf standards.
  • Assist guests with course policy, cart policy, speed of play, and other information as needed.
  • Change golf spikes for guests, if required.
  • Perform range maintenance tasks, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies, and ball pyramids.
  • Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
  • Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
  • Assist with food and beverage activities.
  • Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Six months to one year of customer service experience or training.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
