Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
At Dimension Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and provide escort instructions as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and local information.
- Manage room availability and guest accounts, making reservations and handling payments as necessary.
- Process guest transactions, including computing bills, collecting payments, and making change.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and messages, and transmit and receive messages using hotel equipment.
- Enforce hotel credit policies and maintain accurate records of cash and deposits.
- Provide exceptional guest service, taking the initiative to greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met.
- In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including making reservations and ordering special amenities for guests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.
Salary
Range $13 - $14/hr.
