Sales Director for Luxury Pianos

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Steinway & Sons. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving personal sales goals and supporting the store in reaching its targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve exceptional sales results through effective lead generation, relationship building, and strategic outreach programs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Background in music required, piano preferred; prior experience as a salesperson or sales manager in the industry is essential
- Superior communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and drive new business
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Results-driven self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results
