Job Title: Scientific Research Specialist

Location: Franklin, WI

Hours/Schedule: 6am-6pm, rotating days 2 on 2 off

Type: Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician I to join our team at System One Holdings, LLC. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be responsible for leading research, conducting trials/experiments, gathering data and reporting findings on assignments/projects that are moderately complex.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead research efforts, conduct experiments, gather data, and report findings on moderately complex projects
  • Apply technical knowledge using established processes/protocols to perform various duties
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute work independently, making basic technical decisions
  • Train and/or coach other employees, both permanent and temporary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or post-graduate training preferred
  • May be required to pass a drug test and background screen
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
