We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at Audi of Melbourne. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter information related to warranty repairs into the manufacturer's system.
- Account for costs and sales in the dealership's accounting system, Reynolds and Reynolds.
- Read and understand technical terms and input necessary data into the software.
- Correct mistakes to maintain cash flow.
- Utilize past experience in Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, booking, and warranty submission to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warranty administration is required.
- Strong understanding of technical terms and ability to input data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
