Job Summary

VP Racing Fuels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including answering phone calls, managing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with the coordination of racing events, including travel to local plants as needed.
  • Process invoices, credit card transactions, and track customer files.
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager on daily delivery routes and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Work Environment

Physical Demands

  • May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
