Job Summary:

Compunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operational units, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to operational units, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and conducting research.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support business operations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and data reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an operational setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
