At SENTA Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, as well as managing our company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings
* Manage our company's general administrative activities, including maintaining a filing system, updating office policies and procedures, and ordering office supplies
* Develop and maintain contact lists, book travel arrangements, and submit and reconcile expense reports
* Provide general support to visitors, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, and maintain schedules

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, college degree strongly preferred
* 3-5 years directly related job experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in PC, high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication skills, ability to interface with people using tact and diplomacy
