Volt Management is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Vista, CA. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows 10 desktops, including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, and application installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote end-user support for Windows 10 desktops
  • Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva Insync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, and MS Intune software
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate high social interaction skills
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing IT environment
  • IOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus
Requirements:
  • Windows 10 technical expertise, including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, and application installation
  • Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva Insync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, and MS Intune software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
