The pay range for this role is $37,500 - $110,000+ per year, depending on your performance and experience.

Job Summary

The Personal Lines Sales Representative is an inside sales role that focuses on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources. As a Sales Agent, you will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a Book of Business: Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, and other lead sources.
  • Sell New Business: Build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and offer a customized insurance solution.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Property & Casualty License: A valid Property & Casualty license is required.
  • 1+ Years of Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of business.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Precise verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is required.
