Job Summary

Volt is seeking a skilled Assembly Worker to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling parts, performing quality checks, and constructing small machines according to instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prep and assemble parts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly.
  • Construct small machines while following instructions.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Hand/Eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
  • Able to stand, twist, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 45lbs.
  • Able to use power tools.
  • Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior assembly work experience.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical experience.
  • Production experience.
  • Blueprint knowledge.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Industrial Painter experience.
Work Schedule

Available shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday - $21.00/hour.
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm-Midnight, Monday through Thursday - $22.00/hour.
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am, Sunday through Thursday - $22.00/hour.
