Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler 1st Shift to join our team at Doosan Bobcat. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, assembling metal products with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal products according to blueprints, diagrams, and oral instructions
  • Position parts with accuracy and speed
  • Fasten parts together using hand, air, and power tools
  • Remove small quantities of metal to produce a close fit between parts
  • Tend to machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations
  • Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner, complying with safety rules and regulations
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Assist in the instruction and training of others as requested by the supervisor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Ability to follow established methods and procedures
  • Ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods
  • Ability to read build sheets and blueprints
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in written and verbal forms
