Volt is hiring Assembly Workers in Dayton and Rogers, MN. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling parts in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and assemble parts in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly.
- Construct small machines while following instructions.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Hand/Eye coordination.
- Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
- Able to stand, twist, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 45lbs.
- Able to use power tools.
- Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior assembly work.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Production experience.
- Blueprint knowledge.
- Forklift experience.
- Industrial Painter experience.
Pay and Benefits:
Volt offers competitive pay rates, ranging from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and location. Additionally, Volt offers benefits, including health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves.
