Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality management company, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for its 189-room Teddy's Residential Suites and 101-room Little Missouri in Watford City, ND.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients to secure group business, including room sales, F&B sales, and catering/banquet services.
  • Attend networking events, develop good relationships with local officials and representatives, and attend meetings and conventions to generate sales.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hotel sales experience, be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. They will also have excellent communication skills, initiative, and analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, quarterly bonuses, cell phone allowance, health insurance, 401(k), vacation pay, paid holidays, and discount programs.
