Job Summary

The HR Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of Duke Manufacturing's Basic HR Capabilities at the Sedalia location. This involves overseeing the implementation of company policies and legal regulations, while aligning with Duke's Purpose, Mission, and Values. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to human resources, engaging daily with Supervisors, Leads, and Employees to foster a positive work environment and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner and advise production leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving the development and retention of a highly performing and engaged workforce.
  • Supervise and lead the Sedalia HR staff, supporting the development and engagement of the HR team.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with Senior HR Generalist and/or HR leadership experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or a combination of education and/or experience in related areas.
  3. PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  4. Onsite location at Sedalia, Missouri.
  5. Flexible work schedule, either a 5-day workweek or a 4-day compressed workweek.
