Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical expertise to ensure patients receive efficient and effective care
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations
- Supervise, lead, and direct nursing staff to ensure quality patient-centered care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Associate's Degree or higher)
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
- Minimum of five years' clinical experience in a hospital environment
- Critical care experience preferred
