Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to funeral home management, including scheduling and coordination
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Process and reconcile accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare reports and analyses to inform management decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range

This position offers a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
