About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Service Corporation International. As an integral member of our staff, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism in our funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematories.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform management decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or a related field
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
