Participate in in-person or virtual training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers within your designated sales area.
Follow up with prospective clients to highlight our latest products and services.
Conduct comprehensive consultations with potential clients to determine their solar energy requirements.
Inform clients about the advantages of solar energy and our innovative solutions.
Create tailored solar proposals and estimates for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on industry advancements and solar technology innovations.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Qualifications:
Must possess a smartphone.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation to meeting locations is essential.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales is required.
A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in direct solar sales is preferred.
Motivated by financial incentives.

Attention to detail is crucial.
Experience with commission-based compensation structures is a plus.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $340,000 annually
