Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Developer Energy to lead our energy project development efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing, managing, and implementing complex energy-related performance contracts and will be responsible for leading cross-functional project development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex energy-related performance contracts
  • Lead cross-functional project development teams
  • Collaborate with business development teams to win new work
  • Ensure project deliverables align with sales strategy and are executable by operations with acceptable margin vs risk
  • Act as primary business contact for customers throughout project development process
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in developing, managing, and implementing complex energy-related performance contracts
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful team/people management experience
  • Minimum 7 years of energy industry knowledge specific to developing energy conservation or management projects
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of risk assessment, margin determination, cash flow, and other financial analyses
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with ability to clearly and concisely present and explain technical and economic information
