We're seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our Discovery Invitro Screening Metabolism team in Madison, WI. As a key member of our team, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-throughput screening environment, conducting experiments and analyzing data to drive discovery and development of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data using liquid handling robots, mass spectrometry, and liquid chromatography
  • Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute studies
  • Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results
Requirements:
  • MSc/BSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline, with experience in invitro lab environments
  • 2+ years of experience in high-throughput screening, with a strong background in analytical techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
