Healthy Minds Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Science team, you will be responsible for developing and validating well-being measures, working closely with our Chief Science Officer to ensure objectives are met.
This is a high-level scientist position that requires a flexible and innovative approach, with a focus on statistical analysis, study design, and literature review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field, with expertise in well-being, positive psychology, and contemplative science.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and validating well-being measures
- Conducting statistical analysis and study design
- Collaborating with funding sources and CSO for deliverables
- Designing and analyzing studies to assess validity and reliability of measures
- Maintaining documentation related to measures development and validation studies
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical analysis, study design, and literature review. They will also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
