Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients, maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service, and facilitating copay collection conversations with patients.

Responsibilities
  • Verify patient information and update records as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient registration and billing information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
