We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration process for patients at our healthcare network.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of payment options.
  • Coordinate patient flow from point of entry to destination, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office, food service, or retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Two options available: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM M-F (40 hours/week, $16/hour) or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F (40 hours/week, $16/hour).
  • Alternatively, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Tues, Weds, Thurs (36 hours/week, $17/hour) for those who prefer an overnight shift.
