Your Role:
  • Oversee and synchronize activities to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the representative for operations in corporate and plant meetings.
  • Align production activities with materials, procurement, maintenance, tooling, engineering, and quality to optimize production and resource utilization.
  • Examine and interpret production, quality control, maintenance, tooling, and operational reports to identify causes of deviations from product specifications and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and maintenance teams regarding machine and equipment modifications to enhance production and product quality.
  • Establish objectives for key performance metrics (Quality, HPH, and Safety).
  • Develop and execute corrective actions for unmet targets.
  • Promote improvements in safety, quality, workplace organization, teamwork, attendance, and administrative processes.
  • Facilitate cost reduction through a systematic approach to identify and eliminate waste, fostering continuous improvement across all processes and products.
This full-time, salaried position is integral to our Operations team and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an automotive/metals/assembly setting, including two (2) years in a management role. A proven track record of approachability, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of business operations.

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
