This individual will be instrumental in offering guidance and technical acumen to deploy AEP solutions, ensuring smooth integration of AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO with essential internal systems and workflows. The position necessitates collaboration with various stakeholders to grasp both technical and business needs, facilitating successful project delivery and enhancing the overall experience for H&R Block clients.

  • Deliver technical implementation guidance on AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO while providing insights on solution architecture, design, and strategic planning.
  • Set up AEP services, which include Identity Service, Data Storage Layer, Profile dataset, and Real-time Customer Profile.
  • Facilitate data ingestion from multiple sources utilizing APIs, Experience Data Model (XDM), schemas, and mappers.
  • Execute Journey Optimizer functionalities such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers.
  • Create custom applications, workflows, and APIs to enhance the platform based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to guarantee the quality and reliability of implementations.
  • Comprehend business objectives and align AEP solutions to fulfill organizational goals.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in these platforms to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, and AJO, alongside 6+ years of overall experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for querying datasets, performing data transformations, and data cleansing.
  • Thorough understanding of Adobe Experience Platform technical implementations, including setting up source connectors, configuring Experience Events (XDM schemas), creating audience segments, triggering journeys, and integrating with destinations.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience in automating technical tasks using tools such as API integration tests, Postman for API testing, and Git for version control.
  • Background in digital marketing, with experience in Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFMC) from solution design to execution.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS databases such as Azure SQLDB.
  • Logical programming skills, with familiarity in JS/Python/PHP, and comfort with HTML/CSS.
