About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with our store.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increasing revenue and improving profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed, and that the store is running efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and that the store is profitable.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
