Job Title: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve their full potential.

Job Summary:

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst will assist the Behavior Analyst in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-21, collect and analyze data, and make interventions as needed. Your responsibilities will also include administering ABA assessments, monitoring patient progress, and completing reports detailing the progress of ABA programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Behavior Analyst in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-21
  • Collect and analyze data, and make interventions as needed
  • Administer ABA assessments
  • Monitor patient progress
  • Complete reports detailing the progress of ABA programs
  • Communicate with parents, Behavior Analysts, therapists, clients, and families in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • State-specific LBA license, if required by state
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of principles and techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes or clinic
