Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in providing direct service to clients with Autism, implementing treatment programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct instruction and programs to enhance communication, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and support clients with Autism in various settings.
  • Develop creative strategies to maintain client motivation and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and therapy teams.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and caregivers for effective program implementation.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress using Central Reach.
  • Complete required trainings and adhere to organizational guidelines, compliance, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
  • Knowledge of general ABA practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
